Wood-Fired Pizza with Burrata & Prosciutto

Ingredients (1 pizza):

  • Pizza dough (cold fermented 48 hrs) 
  • ½ cup tomato sauce (San Marzano) 
  • 1 ball burrata 
  • 4 slices prosciutto 
  • Fresh basil, olive oil 

Method:

  • Stretch dough, top with sauce. Bake in 700–900°F oven until blistered. 
  • Add burrata and prosciutto post-bake. 
  • Finish with olive oil and basil. 

    Tip: Cold ferment dough 48 hrs for better flavor; add burrata post-bake. 

    Pro Tip: Avoid overloading toppings—less is more for proper crust.

Plating Idea: Serve rustic-style on wood board, scatter basil leaves.
